Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Elysia and the marketing services we provide. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Who we are
Elysia is a marketing services provider operated by Panagiotis Kontakos, based in Athens, Greece. We create listing-presentation kits (photography, video, mini-sites, and social assets) for real estate agents. We are not a real estate agent, broker, or marketplace, and we never take a commission on any property sale.
2. The service
We deliver per-listing marketing kits across three tiers (Standard, Premium, Ultra). The exact deliverables for each tier are described in our pricing section at the time of purchase. We enhance and produce marketing assets from the photos and details you provide; we do not photograph properties on location.
3. Orders and payment
You pay per listing, with no subscription. Prices are shown at checkout in euro and processed securely by Stripe. Volume packs are available for agencies. Payment is due before production begins.
4. Delivery
Standard and Premium kits are delivered within 24 hours of approved order details; Ultra within 12 hours. If we miss our stated delivery window, you are entitled to a full refund (see our Refund Policy).
5. Revisions
Standard includes one revision, Premium three, and Ultra unlimited revisions. Each revision is delivered within 24 hours.
6. Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
7. Content you provide
You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to the photos, text, and property details you upload, and that you are entitled to market the property. You grant us a limited licence to use that material solely to produce and deliver your kit. You remain solely responsible for your own statutory disclosures as a real estate professional, including under Greek Law 4072/2012 and Cyprus Law 71(I)/2010 where applicable.
8. Intellectual property
On full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered kit to market the relevant listing across your channels. We retain ownership of our templates, software, production pipeline, and any underlying tools. Elysia branding remains ours.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, and not to resell the service as your own without agreement. We may decline or stop work on material that is illegal or violates these Terms.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elysia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and disputes are subject to the courts of Athens, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence within the EU.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.
