Refund Policy

We want you to order from Elysia with confidence. This policy explains our refund guarantees and how to request one.

1. 7-day refund

If your kit is not what you expected, you can request a full refund within 7 days of delivery. No questions asked.

2. On-time guarantee

We commit to our delivery windows: 24 hours for Standard and Premium, 12 hours for Ultra, measured from when your order details are approved. If we miss that window, you are entitled to a full refund.

3. How to request a refund

Email info@elysia.gr from the address on your order, with your order details. We will confirm and process eligible refunds promptly.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card provider, it typically takes a few business days for the funds to appear.

5. Your statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable EU and Greek law.
