LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 May 2026
This policy explains what personal data Elysia collects, why, and your rights over it. Elysia (operated by Panagiotis Kontakos, Athens, Greece) is the data controller. Contact: info@elysia.gr.
1. What we collect
Account details (your name, email, and contact information), the property details and photos you upload for each order, payment information processed by our payment provider, and basic technical and usage data needed to run the site (such as your session).
2. How we use your data
To create and deliver your marketing kits, to operate your account and communicate with you about orders, to process payments, to provide support, and to improve our service. We do not sell your data, and we do not take a commission on your sales.
3. Legal bases
We process data to perform our contract with you (delivering your order), on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the service, to comply with legal obligations, and on consent where it applies (for example, any future analytics cookies).
4. Who processes data for us
We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Clerk (account sign-in and authentication), Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (transactional email), and Mapbox (maps on mini-sites). Each handles data under its own terms and security standards.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers are based outside the EU, including in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
6. How long we keep it
We keep order and account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to those obligations.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, a copy in portable form, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email info@elysia.gr. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Greece, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority).
8. Cookies
Today the site uses only essential cookies needed to sign you in and keep your session secure. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published here.
